His or her magic touch is sometimes all you need to save your bacon but if it's a hardware problem such as a bad hard drive that needs replacing, they can usually fix that for you too. Of course we may not even need to come to you. Using secure remote services we can access your Mac and solve many problems remotely over the intenet.
